How did I end up here?

I was born in Bratislava, Slovakia, later lived for several years in Senec, and today I’m once again where my first steps began. In addition to being the author of the book “How to Heal?”, I create websites (like this one) and, together with my wife, we help people discover the causes of their problems through effective therapy so they can live happier and more fulfilling lives.

After overcoming my own experience with severe depression — and more — I decided to share my insights and inspire others to find their own path to healing, happiness, and contentment.

my story

I remember how, in my darkest moments, I spoke to God and said that if He healed me, I would one day write a book about it. After I recovered, I started a blog and wrote many articles on the subject. Many people told and wrote to me that I should write a book. Back then, it wasn’t the right time. Things needed to settle, rest, and mature — like fine wine in a cellar.

I had to go through more difficult experiences, including my wife’s serious illness, which gave me much greater empathy, humility, and brought me back down to earth. After maturing from a boy into a man, I was finally ready to write this book.

Everything always has its time. The more I tried to speed things up in my life, the more they went wrong. I’m learning to trust life more and let things flow naturally. That doesn’t mean I do nothing — I would rather say I wait for the impulse, and when it comes, I act. I know I’m on the right path when everything flows smoothly and effortlessly.

I’m not perfect or infallible, and I don’t want my words to sound that way. I still make mistakes — plenty of them — but I recognize them and immediately take steps to make things right. I learn from them and know that through them I grow. I see from above — like an eagle soaring in the clouds — how important they are. How wonderful it is to sometimes make mistakes, take a wrong step, or not act your best. These are all necessary experiences for the growth of our soul.

In conclusion, I’d like to say that I’m still working on myself. It’s a never-ending journey. I attend self-development courses, do self-therapy, or go for therapy sessions when I feel I need them. I love spending time in nature, going to wellness centers, and even more so, taking baths. These are the moments when I can completely quiet my mind to hear my inner voice — the one that guides me through life.
