God communicates with all of us, but few truly hear His voice. Through the pain we carry within, His voice can barely be heard. It is very quiet — and to hear it, we must silence the noise inside ourselves.

The noise that others have placed in us — about who we should be, how we should act, what to say, and what not to say. This noise drowns out everything that speaks to us in a gentle whisper.

We live in a fast-paced world where everyone is rushing somewhere. We need to slow down, because if we don’t, He will slow us down. Some people He even stops completely — literally shutting them off from the life they were living. A heart attack, a stroke, a collapse, and so on. How else is He supposed to reach us when we refuse to listen to that gentle voice? When we keep ignoring it.

We all have access to this treasure. It communicates with us every single day — constantly. But until we slow down, quiet ourselves, and consciously decide to listen, we will continue to suffer. Chaos and pain will keep taking first place in our lives.

So yes, we can all hear Him — but if we truly want to, we must take the step ourselves.

I am the author of the book How to Heal? My Journey of Healing from Depression Without Medication. And Not Only from That. It was accompanied by nonstop migraines, anxiety, panic attacks, and suicidal thoughts. The first time, I completely healed in 8 months, and about 10 years later, in 1 year and 3 months. It was a path of changes I had to make if I truly wanted to be healthy. I succeeded.
